Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reserve a studio for the next academic year (e.g., 2026/2027)?

Yes. We are accepting reservations for the next academic year (e.g., September 2026 intake) well in advance.

Secure your booking early and lock in a significant saving! Reserve your studio for the next academic year (e.g., 2026/2027) before the end of 2025, and we guarantee you the current 2025 rental rates. This is an exceptional opportunity to avoid next year’s price increase and make a real saving.

Can I pay the full rent amount in advance for the entire academic year?

Yes. We offer the option to pay the full accommodation fee upfront for the entire licence period. This is often the preferred choice for students who do not wish to pay in instalments. Please contact The Rex Team directly for details on the amount, payment deadlines, and how to process the lump sum payment.

Are friends and family allowed to help me move in?

Yes. Parents (or guardians) are welcome to assist you with moving your belongings into your room/apartment. They can also attend your check-in appointment and help you with any necessary paperwork.

Are there dedicated, private study rooms or study spaces within the building?

While we do not have a dedicated, traditional "study room," the on-site co-working space is the best alternative for quiet, focused work. This area features:

  • Private Booths: Perfect for individual, quiet study.
  • Flexible Seating: Open tables and comfortable chairs for group or individual work.
  • Meeting Room: A separate, private room available for booking. Please note: A small charge applies to reserve the meeting room for private use. The private booths and open co-working areas are available to all residents free of charge.
