What is There To Do Near The Rex in Kingston?
Plenty! Right on the doorstep, you have the Bentalls Centre and Kingston high street for shops and caf’s. Nearby: riverside walks along the Thames. Oh, and green spaces of Richmond Park and Bushy Park are just a short hop away.
Are Pets Allowed at The Rex?
We do not believe our studios are suitable for cats, dogs, or other animals that need space. You’re welcome to move in with your pet hamster, though!
Is Parking Available at The Rex?
Unfortunately, we do not offer parking spaces.
Is The Rex Close to Kingston University?
Yes. The Rex sits in central Kingston, directly opposite Kingston station, within easy reach of Kingston University’s campuses and the town’s shops and riverside.
How is Co-Living Different from Renting a Normal London Flat?
A normal rental gives you four walls and a stack of separate bills to set up: electricity, water, broadband, and council tax, in an empty flat you furnish yourself. Co-living at The Rex is the opposite: you get a private, fully-furnished studio with your own en-suite, one all-inclusive payment covering every bill and Wi-Fi. On top of that, you get access to shared lounges, a gym, a co-working space, and a community of residents.
Do You Accept International Guarantors?
No, but you can use a guarantor scheme like a rent guarantor. Please note that the relationship would be between you and the provider directly.
