No, but we are welcoming to students.
Are Bills Included in the Rent at The Rex?
Yes! The Rex is all-inclusive. Your rent covers all bills: utilities, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and council tax, plus access to every shared facility and resident events. The only extras are laundry (??3.50 wash / ??1.50 dry) and a TV licence if you watch live TV.
Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?
To secure your home, you need to pay ??250 to take the studio of the market, which is allocated against your first month's rent. Please note that if you cancel, this fee is non-refundable.
