Yes! The Rex is all-inclusive. Your rent covers all bills: utilities, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and council tax, plus access to every shared facility and resident events. The only extras are laundry (£3.50 wash / £1.50 dry) and a TV licence if you watch live TV.
Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?
To secure your home, you need to pay £250 to take the studio of the market, which is allocated against your first month's rent. Please note that if you cancel, this fee is non-refundable.
